Yoga SitaRama

Yoga SitaRama

In this lost was casting of Yoga Sitarama, Rama sits in lotus posture atop an inverted lotus with Sita on his lap. His right hand looks as if he is pinching his heart with his thumb and forefinger as he is in deep contemplation. A yoga band (yogapatta) is around his knees and Sita balances on one knee and the band. He is adorned with a crown and jewelry and has been worshipped so some softening of his features has occurred. At the top of the base is a quiver of arrows, and arrow, and a bow. Sita carries a stylized lotus blossom in her left hand.
